Odom's short shot gave LA the lead at 113-111, and his three-point play moved the margin to 116-112 with 2:47 left. Bryant spun with the ball near the lane, stepped back and nailed a jumper from the right side for a 122-112 margin with 1:10 left to cap the spurt and in all intensive purposed, the Laker victory. Golden State led 34-30 after the opening quarter and the Warriors were up 68-62 at the half. The hosts increased that lead to 86-76 midway through the third, but the Lakers rallied to tie later in the quarter before trailing 94-92 moving to the fourth.
