He'll certainly serve to strengthen our squad," Hamburg coach Armin Veh said. The defensive midfielder played for Serbia at FIFA World Cup this summer and has played 15 times for his country. "Gojko is an excellent player with great potential and a good character. We're glad the transfer worked out," Hamburg Sporting Director Bastian Reinhardt said. "He's another very adaptable addition to the squad."
