02/22/2010 - Lawrence, KS (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Xavier Henry was perfect from the field in the first half and finished with 23 points, as top-ranked Kansas beat Oklahoma, 81-68, at Allen Fieldhouse for the Jayhawks' 58th straight home victory.

Sherron Collins added 17 points, while Tyshawn Taylor added 11 and Marcus Morris 10 for the Jayhawks (27-1, 13-0 Big 12), who won their 13th straight game since losing at Tennessee in their final non-conference matchup. It also guaranteed the Jayhawks at least a share of their 53rd conference championship and 10th Big 12 regular-season title, including six in a row.

Tommy Mason-Griffin tallied 17 points and eight assists for Oklahoma (13-14, 4-9), which has lost five in a row and eight of 10. The Sooners remained winless on the road in conference play (0-7) this season. They also lost to Kansas for the sixth straight time.

Andrew Fitzgerald had 16 points and Cade Davis 13 for the Sooners, who played without leading scorer Willie Warren. He remains sidelined with an ankle injury.

The Jayhawks limited the Sooners to 10-of-33 shooting in the opening 20 minutes and dominated early by scoring the game's first nine points, capped by Brady Morningstar's jumper nearly six minutes into the contest.

Henry, who went 7-of-7 in the opening 20 minutes, hit a layup for a 26-9 cushion. The Sooners netted the next 10 points, finished by a Davis three- ball, but Kansas was able to widen the margin to 44-29 at the break.

Cole Aldrich nailed a jumper for a 69-46 difference with 9:19 left before the Sooners made one last push, getting within 77-65 on a Tony Crocker bucket with 2 1/2 minutes left. Henry stemmed the tide with a jumper.

Aldrich had seven points and 12 rebounds for Kansas, which finished 51.7 percent from the floor...Kansas plays at Oklahoma State on Saturday, while the Sooners will be at home vs. Baylor the same day...Kansas is the only Big 12 program with an all-time winning record against the Sooners (the Jayhawks lead 135-64 overall and 69-16 in Lawrence). Since the Big 12 was formed, OU is 4-14 against KU and 0-7 at Allen Fieldhouse...Kansas is three wins shy of 2,000 as a program...Oklahoma is 7-9 all-time against teams ranked No. 1 in the AP poll. Three of those victories came against Kansas (most recently in 2002).
